 There are five phases to our web design process:
Phase 1 - Initial Discussions
Contact us. Sometimes, this is one of the hardest phases for a lot of people. It can be difficult to knowing what to ask or say. We promise to make this a streamlined and smooth process for you.
Phase 2 - Website Inventory, Question and Answer Phase
- Initial Discussions
- Continue with website inventory, questions, and consultation
- Proposal Prepared for the client
Phase 3 - Planning and Prototype
- We identify resources needed and make assignments within our team
- You provide us copy content for the site
- You provide us site photographs/images, or we obtain on your behalf from stock art photography
company such as istockphoto
- Prototype of Website, otherwise known to us as "The Mockup"
- Mockup presented to the you for approval.
- Modifications made to the prototype or....
- Client approves the look and feel of the site
- We slice PSD mockup for XHTML or prepare it for a content management system, i.e. JOOMLA.
Phase 4 - Programming, Content Authoring
- Site design continues on home and interior pages -Graphics, Content and functionality of site
- Considerations made regarding search engine optimization
- Site Revisions and Modifications
- Complete Functionality Testing (forms, jquery features, slideshows, etc)
- Final Testing, edits, revisions and review
Phase 5 - LIVE! and SEO
- Website goes live!
- Continue to monitor seach engine performance
- 1 month after site is live, review of site and edits made as necessary (content edits only--structural and/or layout changes may incur additional charges)
- Site maintenance conducted as necessary
